Welcome Vendors
Become a Vendor
We are seeking high-quality vendors to join our vibrant Saturday Market, offering unique and exceptional products such as produce, artisan foods and crafts to our community. If you have a passion for excellence and wish to showcase your goods, we invite you to apply.
Rules and Guidelines
1. Be ready to sell promptly at 9am and remain set up until 2 pm. Early tear down will result in a $10 fine and not being able to return to the Saturday Market. Setting up after 9am is prohibited. Violating these rules will ban you from participating in the future.
2. All booths must have at least 80% of their items hand-made, hand-crafted or homegrown. If you are a new vendor, you will be juried by the Board of Directors for approval into the market.
3. Vendors are responsible for providing the required insurance and license(s) prior to set up. MSM carries liability insurance for the venue ONLY and does not cover individual vendors.
4. Vendors and their helpers are required to move their vehicles out of the prime parking area by 8:45am and return after 2pm. To make this seamless, tear down your booth before moving your vehicle.
5. All vendors must maintain an attractive display, free from tripping hazards. Each corner must have a minimum of 30lb weights. Stakes are not allowed.
6. Vendors will not sell any illegal items, loud calling, barking or distribution of pamphlets outside your booth is prohibited. Vendors shall be honest and always conduct themselves in a courteous and business-like manner. Rude, abusive, offensive behavior or other disruptive conduct will not be permitted. Vendor conduct reflects the MSM and other vendors. Vendors, staff and board members shall do everything possible in their speech and actions to uphold a positive image of the market. Vendors are responsible for their employees' actions. Vendors shall always respect customers and other vendors and shall not interfere with any interaction between a customer and another vendor.
7. FOOD HANDLING - If you are selling or serving food items, you must have a Food Handlers License, a permit from the Jefferson County Health Department and abide by the current Oregon food laws. Labeling is needed for Cottage Law items. If you do not have these, you will be asked to leave until you have obtained the proper requirements. Canned food items are ONLY allowed if the food inside is grown by a vendor and labeled correctly.
8. SOLICITATION, COLLECTION DRIVES, POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE MARKET.
